One Contract. One Team. Measurable Results.
01 — The Format
The Execution Contract, for teams.
The Assembly is The Execution Contract scaled for teams. Instead of working with one leader or operator, I work with your entire team — under a single negotiated contract with shared deliverables, shared accountability, and shared success criteria. Every person in the room signs the same agreement. Every person is measured against the same outcomes.
This is not a workshop. It is not a team-building exercise. It is a 12-week structured engagement built on Collaborate by Contract where the team — as a unit — commits to execution and is held to the result.
02 — Who It's For
Teams that need alignment, not advice.
Align on outcomes.
For leadership teams where decisions stall, accountability is diffused, and strategic priorities shift without resolution. The Assembly forces alignment by making commitments explicit and shared.
Ship as a unit.
For engineering, product, or cross-functional teams where handoffs break down, ownership is unclear, and delivery timelines slip. The Assembly creates a single contract that every member executes against.
03 — What You Get
The deliverables.
- Team contract. A single negotiated agreement that every team member signs — defining scope, roles, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Six team sessions. Bi-weekly, 90-minute sessions over 12 weeks. Structured around the contract, not around feelings.
- Individual check-ins. One 30-minute individual session per team member at the start of the engagement to assess alignment and surface blockers.
- Mid-point review. A formal team assessment at the halfway mark to evaluate progress against the contract and recalibrate if needed.
- Final assessment. A written evaluation of team outcomes against the original contract. What shipped. What didn't. Why.
- Async support. Between sessions, the team has access to async communication for blockers, escalations, and updates.
04 — How It Differs
Not coaching. Not consulting. Contracted execution.
Most team engagements are advisory. A consultant observes, diagnoses, and recommends. The team nods. Nothing changes. The Assembly is different because it uses the same Collaborate by Contract structure that governs The Execution Contract — but applied to the team as a whole.
Every team member is a named stakeholder in the contract. Every deliverable has an owner. Every dependency is documented. There is no room for diffused responsibility, unspoken expectations, or political cover. The contract makes the invisible visible — and the team either delivers or it doesn't.
05 — Pricing
Scales with your team.
| Team Size | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 person | $3,000 |
| 2 people | $3,500 |
| 5 people | $5,000 |
| 10 people | $7,500 |
Paid in advance. Includes the team contract, six team sessions, individual check-ins, mid-point review, final assessment, and async support throughout the engagement. No hidden fees. No hourly billing.
06 — Confidentiality
What your team shares stays between us.
Everything discussed during The Assembly is confidential. Individual check-ins are private. Team assessments are shared only with designated stakeholders. Sessions may be recorded and processed with AI-assisted note-taking to support post-session reflection and continuity. Recordings are never shared and are deleted after the engagement concludes. No case studies, no testimonials, no third-party access without explicit written consent from all participants.
