03 — What You Get
The deliverables.
- Negotiated contract. A written agreement defining scope, deliverables, ownership, and success criteria before work begins.
- Six sessions. Bi-weekly, 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks. Structured, focused, and tied to the contract.
- Mid-point review. A formal assessment at the halfway mark to evaluate progress against success criteria and adjust if needed.
- Final assessment. A written evaluation of outcomes against the original contract. Did it work? Where? Why or why not?
- Async support. Between sessions, you have access to async communication for blockers, questions, and updates.

Everything discussed during The Execution Contract is confidential. All deliverables are shared only with you. Sessions may be recorded and processed with AI-assisted note-taking to support post-session reflection and continuity. Recordings are never shared and are deleted after the engagement concludes. No case studies, no testimonials, no third-party access without your explicit written consent.
